As founders of CHOCO.LY, we all experienced the same issue whenever we helped our parents and grandparents use technology, that they were often discouraged by software and services that were not tailored for their needs. We often have to explain and re-explain how to use many social media and e-commerce sites that most of us in our 20s and 30s take for granted. Instead of catching on, our parents usually just gave up. We developed CHOCO.LY to help fill this gap of age-appropriate user experience, as well as product and service availability and suitability, for 40+ users.
